As you know, I was apprehensive about booking our tours online, but I have to say that it was the best decision I could have made. Our drivers Umberto, Carlos and Mirko made our trip to Italy exceed our expectations in every way and something that we will never forget! They were so cordial, professional and personable as they shared their knowledge and their lives with us, that we hated to see our day with them end. We have wonderful pictures to remember the sights of Italy, but Umberto, Carlos and Mirko allowed us to know the real people of Italy. And Carlos topped it off when he sang Italian songs with us during our drive back to the ship! Our Muto Travel friends made memories for us that you can’t see on a picture! Grazie!!

Hi Tania, We got home to USA late last night from our Mediterranean vacation and wanted to let you know how it went. Our tour began with our guide/driver meeting us on time at the ship and from there we set off in our air-conditioned van through the cities of the Amalfi Coast. Our group was very congenial and the guide was quite knowledgeable about the cities we passed through. We stopped in Amalfi where we were able to explore on our own and have lunch. The whole day was quite enjoyable and we saw all the main sites that we were promised. We arrived on time back at the ship however my husband forgot our camera in the van. After contacting Tania at Muto Travel, she downloaded all our pictures from the camera and sent them via email to us. Following this, she sent us our camera, at the agency's own expense, to Israel. We recently utilized your services for a tour of Florence and Pisa while our ship was in port at Livorno and it was outstanding. We had a lot of ground to cover and everything went very smoothly. Our driver was very helpful in terms of getting us to the right locations and through the ticketing process, which can be daunting for some of the museums and attractions. Although the cruise line had some very nice tours available, it was so much better to have private arrangements that allowed us the freedom to see and do what we wanted on our own timeline.
